The way the note was introduced felt really abrupt, I'd like to understand more about Otto's feelings while writing the note. I imagine it consists of a lot of confusion, as he's excited about Nina but also pre maturely grieving the ending he's declaring on his current life. and all things in between.
Also a side comment, there's a small typo when you wrote "dinner role". Anyways, I really enjoy the writing, looking forward to part 3. :)

Gosh I seriously cannot wait for this novel! The first paragraph does so much work to characterize Nina!
